We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to provide the service:
- Correos (Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A.): name, address and phone number to deliver the order.
- Bank and payment gateway (CaixaBank / Redsys) and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., if you pay with PayPal: the data needed to process the payment. We never see or store your card details.
- Raiola Networks: website and email hosting (servers in Spain).
- Tax and accounting advisers, and public authorities when required by law.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta group), which may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR. If you prefer, email us instead.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure, objection to, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@hablamos3d.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
