Delivery times: from your order to your door
- Preparation: we make or prepare your part within the time shown on each product page (usually 1–2 working days).
- Shipping: we ship it with Correos and email you the tracking number.
- Delivery: mainland Spain, 24–48 h; Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal, 48–72 h; other EU countries listed below, 3–7 working days. These are approximate times from when we hand the parcel over to Correos.
Shipping costs
They are calculated at checkout, based on the delivery address and the size of the parcel, and you see them before paying. VAT included.

We ship parcels of up to 2 kg to these countries; if your order weighs more, message us and we will quote the shipping. For now we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, the Azores or outside the countries listed. If you need another destination, write to us and we will look into it.
Returns: 14 days to change your mind
- Email us at info@hablamos3d.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, stating the order number.
- We will tell you how to send it back. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the part is faulty or is not the one you ordered.
- We refund the amount, including outbound shipping, within 14 days at most, using the same payment method.
Personalised or made-to-measure parts cannot be returned. Full conditions in the Terms of sale.
Faulty parts or parts that do not fit
If the part arrives damaged, is not the one you ordered or does not fit the model stated on its product page, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you, with shipping costs paid by us. You also have the 3-year legal guarantee.
