1. Who sells

2. Products
We sell 3D-printed parts and accessories. Each product page shows which vehicles or devices the part fits, its features and the preparation time. Brands and models are mentioned only to indicate compatibility; these are not original manufacturer parts. Photos are for reference: because parts are made layer by layer, each one may have small finish differences that do not affect how it works.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the address and the size of the order, and are shown before you pay (see Shipping and returns).
Payment methods: bank card through the secure CaixaBank (Redsys) payment gateway, and PayPal. The charge is made when you confirm the order.
4. How to place an order
Add the products to the basket, enter your details and delivery address, choose a payment method and confirm. We will send you an email with the order summary, which serves as confirmation of the contract. We keep a copy of the order, which you can view in your account or request from us. The contract is concluded in Spanish.
5. Delivery times
- Preparation: as shown on each product page (working days from payment confirmation).
- Shipping: with Correos, with approximate times from when the parcel is handed over: mainland Spain, 24–48 h; Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal, 48–72 h; other EU countries we ship to, 3–7 working days (see Shipping and returns).
- If an order is going to take longer, we will let you know and you can cancel it with a full refund.
6. Right of withdrawal: 14 days to change your mind
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason. To do so, let us know by email at info@hablamos3d.com (you can use the template below) and send us the product within the following 14 days.
We will refund what you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the product (or proof that you have sent it) before refunding. Return shipping costs are paid by you. If the product comes back used or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may deduct the loss in value.
Exception: parts made to measure or personalised to your specifications (custom orders, measurements or personalised text) cannot be returned, under article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.
Withdrawal template: «For the attention of Veronica Ramona Alvarez (Hablamos 3D), C/ Ángel Rodríguez Castilla, 9, int. 8, 41704 Dos Hermanas (Seville), Spain, info@hablamos3d.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product], ordered on [date] / received on [date], order number [no.]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date and signature (only if sent on paper).»
7. Guarantee
All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. If a part arrives faulty or broken, is not what you ordered or does not fit the model stated on its product page, write to us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you, and in that case we pay the shipping costs. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse or fitting to vehicles or devices other than those stated.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your place of residence and to consumer arbitration systems.
